Her jazzy sweet voice fits the track like a glove and we are very pleased to have this duo in the label. A great track, good music, great vocals and lots of soul. “We are ready for summer!!” Sniff your Ears always wanted to ask Doc Link to do a remix. Doc Link hails from Chicago (USA). He was very impressed by the vocals and music parts. We know Doc Link from his very own label Liberate, but he also released work on King Street, Juiced Music, Atal and Nite Grooves. Marijn 'souldemarin' de Lange (オランダ） Tenth release from Dutch label Sniff Your Ears brings Distant People and the angel voiced Diana Waite together for a lovely soulful workout. Joey Silvero’s original mix fairly rips along with a stomping drum program simple three note chords and a funky guitar riff hold it together and Diana’s sweet vocals give it a happy summertime feel. Well on other releases that mix would be enough for me but Luv City come and mess with my head and produce a superb rendition on the Rosemary Deluxe Edit, this time the guitar is persistent as are the keys with Diana also supplying extra spoken ad libs and overlaid vocals. Doc Link provides two mixes under the Liberate moniker with some good touches, which only uses parts of the vocal plus an instrumental mix.
